Terms of Service

By installing UserSessions.io from the Shopify App Store or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use UserSessions.io.

UserSessions.io is an AI-powered store diagnosis tool for Shopify merchants. We analyze your store data through Shopify's API and deliver weekly reports identifying conversion optimization opportunities with specific fix recommendations.

UserSessions.io is distributed through the Shopify App Store. Your use of this app is also governed by Shopify's Terms of Service and Partner Program Agreement. We are an independent developer and are not affiliated with Shopify Inc.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system. By upgrading to a paid plan you authorize Shopify to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All billing is managed by Shopify — UserSessions LLC does not directly process or store your payment information. Free Plan: Limited to 1 diagnosis per month and 3 issues shown. Starter Plan: $29/month — weekly diagnoses, all issues, revenue tracking. Growth Plan: $79/month — daily monitoring, benchmarks, Slack alerts.

All paid plans include a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged until your trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Shopify admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Downgrading to the Free plan takes effect immediately.

You may not use UserSessions.io to: — Violate any applicable laws or regulations — Attempt to reverse engineer our diagnosis algorithms — Share access credentials with unauthorized third parties — Use the service for any purpose other than optimizing your own Shopify store

The UserSessions.io service, including our diagnosis algorithms, fix library, benchmark database, and all associated software, is owned by UserSessions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your store data remains your property. We claim no ownership over your store data and use it solely to provide the service.

UserSessions.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Revenue recovery estimates are directional and not guaranteed. Actual results may vary based on implementation quality, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

UserSessions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
